• Product context: the product details, competitors, subreddits, and keywords you add so Radar can scan and draft on your behalf.
• Usage data: the scans you run, drafts generated, and feature usage, used to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
• Public community data: publicly available threads and posts from Reddit and Hacker News that match the communities and keywords you choose to track.
• Technical data: standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, collected to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To provide the core service: scanning communities, scoring threads, and drafting disclosed replies and posts.
• To send you product alerts, such as email notifications when a high-scoring opportunity appears (you control the threshold and can turn these off).
• To enforce plan limits and process account and billing operations.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• To communicate with you about your account and important service changes.

To generate scores, drafts, and market intelligence, the content you provide and relevant public thread text is sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini, Anthropic, or DeepSeek) strictly to produce the output you requested. We do not use your data to train our own models, and we choose providers that do not train on API content by default. The active provider is never shown to you by name in the interface, but processing always follows this principle.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Radar, under agreements that require them to protect it:

• Authentication and database hosting (Supabase).
• AI providers used to generate scores and drafts, as described above.
• Email delivery providers (such as Gmail SMTP or Resend) to send your notifications.
• Background job processing (Inngest) to run scheduled scans.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep your account and product data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [privacy@yourdomain.com]. Some records may be retained where required for legal or security reasons.
